Please don’t spend any time cleaning before we arrive! Cleaning homes is what we do, after all, right? We will even review the details of your Cleaning Plan before we arrive. Here's what else you can expect:
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE CLEANING:
We only hire caring workers who have the right to work in the United States. All are subjected to a comprehensive background check. Once completed, they are then trained extensively in Cleaning .
Access to your Home
If you’re home when your cleaning professionals arrive, that’s great. Our team will happily work around you allowing for your normal activities in the home. If you’re not home, our team will dust, vacuum and scrub while you're out enjoying some free time. You can be sure that “We Make Your Home Shine”.
Most customers are either at work or busy with other plans when we clean, so it's quite common for them to provide us with their garage code or spare key. For added security, we cross reference all house keys. But if you don't feel comfortable leaving us a key or door code, please make sure someone is home during the scheduled cleaning time. If you aren’t Home, please remember to make arrangements with our Office to allow Access to your Home by the Cleaners.
Many things can affect our schedules, such as cancellations, lockouts or customers adding services.
We want to save you time, not make you waste it waiting for us to arrive. We will contact you 20 min before we are due to arrive .
Our crews complete work Mondays through Fridays, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. We arrive with our own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Of course, not all homes are lived in the same way and cleaning thoroughly sometimes means staying a little longer than usual at a home to give it some extra attention. Our teams spend the time needed to get the best possible result.
OUR COMPANY POLICY:
Payment is requested at the time of the cleaning, but generally we accept cash, checks or credit cards. A Credit Card to be on file and the Authorization to charge the Credit Card on file in the event of you are not available at home when we finish the Cleaning Services. .
Know that if for any reason we don’t meet your expectations, we will come back and fulfill our guarantee on our work. Just notify us the day of the clean about any issue at all, including any oversight or misunderstanding and We will send the cleaners to re-clean all areas again at no extra cost to you.
BREAKAGE AND LOSS POLICY
Fairy Godmothers Cleaning & Consulting is fully bonded and insured. Our liability limits are set at a maximum of 4 times the cost of the service charge on the day in which the breakage/loss occurred. Notification must be made within 24 hours of service. Items excluded from liability are; one-of-a-kind items or hard to get items; items of sentimental value. Key replacement / locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $50.00 per location liability limit. If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, then we will make every effort to repair, or when necessary, replace the damaged item.
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION
If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, just call the Office. We appreciate a 72 hour notice, but understand that some situations are just unavoidable. When shorter than 48 hours’ notice is given, we may charge a Cancellation fee.
Please be sure to submit in writing any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings. Note that recurring service is priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Deep cleaning charges will apply.
If it is necessary to cancel or skip your regular cleaning day, A 48 hours notice during the business hours of 09:00 Am to 06:00 PM. or if we can't access your home for any reason we may charge the regular price for the clean or if the 1st time we may charge a $25.00 fee.
